Narcotics, Cash Seized Following Vehicle Stop Near Fairfield County Border
A Connecticut State Police canine led the way during an early morning traffic stop on Route 114 that led to the arrest of two men who were in possession of nearly $2,500 cash, cocaine and other drugs. Patrol officers from the Bridgeport troop conducting a motor vehicle enforcement detail stopped 20-year-old Hamden resident Jocelyn Nyas Serrano-Rivera at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, when she was spotted committing a motor vehicle violation.
