Okabesini-us issued the recall for about 2,180 Little Rawr Silicone Pull String Teething Toys, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Aug. 6. More than 150,000 gallons of untreated wastewater found its way into a Maryland creek before crews could shut it down.
