Anthony DiPippo was initially convicted of the October 1994 killing of Josette Wright in 1997, but his case was overturned in 2011, according to lohud.com. Police: Man Shoves Woman, 91, After Attempted Theft Of Laundry Detergent WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A man is behind bars after he was accused of trying to steal more than $130 worth of laundry detergent from a pharmacy, then shoving a 91-year-old woman and taking her car, police told News 12 Westchester. Vernon Hall was arrested Tuesday just moments after leading police on a brief car chase that began in the parking lot of a CVS store at 325 Mamroneck Ave., according to News 12.  A woman, Tracey Brabham, was arrested along with Hall, according to News 12.
