Richard Irelan, age 45, of Johnstown in Fulton County, was sentenced to an indeterminate term of two to six years in prison in Saratoga County Court on Friday, Jan. 19, in the death of Amanda Sullivan. The third prize-winning Powerball ticket was sold in Albany at the Stewart’s Shops located at 482 Albany-Shaker Road. It was sold for the drawing held on Saturday, Jan. 20, New York Lottery announced. Saturday’s winning numbers are 16-31-34-47-65 and the Powerball is 10.
