Raheem Hines, age 46, of Albany, was sentenced to 25 years behind bars in Albany County Court on Friday, Jan. 12, after pleading guilty to attempted murder and related charges. Man Murders 48-Year-Old Found Inside Capital Region Home, Police Say A 44-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection with another man’s death at a home in the region. Albany Police were called at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, for a welfare check at a residence on Rose Court. The caller told dispatchers that a man at the home, 48-year-old Justin Bishop, hadn’t been heard from since the day prior. When they entered the house, officers found Bishop dead.
