At 5 p.m., the nan entered Brain Freeze Ice Cream Parlor, at 99 W. Main St., approached an employee, claimed that he had a gun in his pocket and demanded that the cash register be opened, Moorestown police said. At 3:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, officers received a report of a vehicle driving with fictitious license plates, police said. SUV Struck By School Bus After Failing To Stop In White Twp: Njsp One person was injured after a Jeep SUV was struck by a school bus in Warren County on Saturday, Oct. 3, authorities said. At 4:01 p.m., a Jeep SUV failed to stop at a sign stop at Route 519 and Titman Road in White Township, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.  The Jeep traveled into the intersection and was struck by a Blue Bird school bus, Marchan said. The driver of the Jeep sustained non-life threating injuries and was transported to an nearby hospital, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

At 9:07 p.m., officers responded to a Wawa on the 400 block of Sicklerville Road and found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound, Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay and Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons said. He was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition, authorities said. Another 20-year-old man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound, authorities said. The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.

Juvenile Struck, Killed By Vehicle In Upper Freehold Parking Lot: Njsp A juvenile was struck and killed by a vehicle in a parking lot in Monmouth County Saturday, Oct. 3, authorities said. At 11:07 a.m., a 66-year-old Roselle Park woman and a juvenile were exiting a parking lot on Emleys Hills Road in Upper Freehold Twp and when they were struck by a Chrysler SUV exiting a parking space in reverse, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene while the woman was transported to a nearby hospital, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

DUI Lower Township Teen Driver Charged In Deadly Route 9 Crash A 19-year-old Lower Township resident was arrested after he drove drunk in a crash that killed a 56-year old man on Thursday, Oct. 1, authorities said. Edward McVey is charged with vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and assault by auto, driving under the influence, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland and Lower Township Police Chief Donald Vanaman Jr. said. McVey collied with a vehicle with two occupants, killing a 56-year-old man and seriously injuring a 36-year-old man on Route 9 in Lower Township, authorities said. The victim has not been identified.
