A woman was fatally struck in a crosswalk by a fleeing driver at C and Ruscomb streets in Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, at 11:41 p.m., police said. An 80-year-old Connecticut woman who was hit by a car near a middle school earlier this week has died.
