Prospect Man Caught With 100 Images Of Child Porn During Lengthy Investigation: Police A Connecticut man is facing serious charges after a long-running police investigation into possession of child sexual abuse material, authorities announced.  Alexander Beardsley, 33, of Prospect, was arrested on a warrant on Monday, Jan. 19, by Ansonia police. The investigation began when he lived in the city in 2024. That evening, firefighters responded to Kingstown Road after an SUV ran off the roadway and into a creek, the Quakertown Fire Company said.  Firefighters and police assisted in getting the driver up to the road where they were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, fire officials said. First responders remained on scene for an hour, firefighters said.
