Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the “Clean Slate Act” into law during a ceremony in Brooklyn on Thursday, Nov. 16. YouTuber Stabs Stepfather To Death At Capital Region Home, Police Say A 29-year-old YouTube creator is behind bars accused of stabbing his stepfather to death at a home in the region. Emergency crews in Saratoga County were called to a home in Stillwater, located on Gurba Drive South, at around 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16 for a domestic dispute.
